Description
A detailed Excel cost model template, designed for use across all RLE International regions for quoting new projects, which guides the user through completion to gather the required financial inputs needed for submitting a complete and comprehensive quote.
Whilst certain financial values and targets are set/restricted within the template, users can modify other values within the quotation to meet their regions requirements.
The resulting file can then be uploaded into the company system using the Cost Model Translation File ready for visualisation and reporting within the Financial Tracker.

Lessons Learned
The Cost Model template gave me good experience in trying to keep a complex and detailed Excel sheet lightweight and optimised, all whilst avoiding macros for maximum user compatibility.
