GPMO Reports

A collection of Power BI reports for global RLE International projects, focused on analysing the data important to the GPMO team to ensure full data population to provide a full picture to the company's management.

This set of dashboards fixed a key issue within the company from a global strategic perspective, allowing real time data to be reviewed rather than asking each region to collate data - also removing any variances in the reporting structure.

Includes the Group Sales Report, Pipeline App User Report and Project Finance Tracking Report.

This project really taught me about Power BI workspaces and grouping reports. Further lessons were learned within the individual report projects.
